All work on this page was created for NAS Recruitment Innovation clients in 2022 and 2023. For each client I conducted a Discovery process, monitored all focus groups with employees and brand stakeholders, and created an Executive Summary and Creative Brief that served as the foundation for all creative work. Copy and concepts to establish each client’s Employment Brand came next. Then we created Brand Identity Standards, Career Websites and digital campaigns to successfully support the attraction of new talent to each organization.
